14VAC5-211-240. Unfair discrimination.
A health maintenance organization shall not unfairly discriminate against an enrollee on the basis of the age, sex, health status, race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, religion, marital status, or lawful occupation of the enrollee, or because of the frequency of utilization of services by the enrollee.
