An Act to designate the Blue Ridge Parkway, Skyline Drive, George Washington Memorial Parkway, and the Colonial Parkway scenic highways and Virginia byways.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding § 33.1-62 of the Code of Virginia, the entire length in Virginia of the Blue Ridge Parkway, Skyline Drive, George Washington Memorial Parkway, and the Colonial Parkway are hereby declared to be scenic highways and Virginia byways.
