EDITOR'S NOTICE

Clause 2 of Chapters 594 and 681 of the 2011 Acts of Assembly repealed the Design-Build/Construction Management Review Board. The design-build/construction management program is administered by the Department of General Services (http://www.dgs.virginia.gov/). Since the board and its regulations no longer exist, 1VAC17-11, Public Participation Guidelines and 1VAC17-20, Design-Build/Construction Management Review Board Rules and Regulations are removed from the Virginia Administrative Code.
