12VAC5-110-120. Exclusion of students unprotected against vaccine-preventable diseases.
In accordance with § 32.1-47 of the Code of Virginia, any student exempted from immunization requirements pursuant to 12VAC5-110-80 A, shall be excluded from school attendance for his own protection until the danger has passed, if the commissioner so orders such exclusion upon the identification of an outbreak, potential epidemic or epidemic of a vaccine-preventable disease in that student's school.
