18VAC10-20-40. Good standing of applicants.

A. Applicants currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice architecture, engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, or interior design in another jurisdiction must be in good standing in every jurisdiction where licensed, certified, or registered.

B. Applicants must disclose any disciplinary action as described in 18VAC10-20-785 A 1 and A 2.

C. Applicants must report any felony or misdemeanor convictions in any jurisdiction, excluding any misdemeanor marijuana convictions.
