18VAC41-60-110. License renewal required.

A. All body-piercer, ear-piercer, ear-piercer earlobe only, body-piercing salon, ear-piercing salon, and ear-piercing earlobe only salon licenses will expire two years from the last day of the month in which the license was issued.

B. Guest piercer licenses will expire 14 days after the effective date of the license and may not be renewed.
