19VAC30-130-30. Description and identification.

A. The stickers or decals are to be pressure sensitive stickers manufactured to be suitable for exterior application.

B. Each sticker or decal is to be a minimum of four inches by four inches and will contain the following wording:

WARNING

Virginia law prohibits operation of this vehicle:

1. On any public highway, or other public property.

2. By any person under the age of 16 if the vehicle is powered by an engine of more than 90 cubic centimeters, or any person under the age of 12 if the vehicle is powered by an engine of no less than 70 or more than 90 cubic centimeters.

3. By any person not wearing an approved type protective helmet.

4. On another person's property without written consent of property owner.

5. With a passenger at any time.

C. The engine size in cubic centimeters may be contained on a separate sticker or decal of the same type and color as the warning sticker or decal located immediately below or adjacent to the warning sticker.
