19VAC30-130-70. Proof of compliance.

Whenever the Superintendent of State Police deems it necessary, he may require retailers of all-terrain vehicles to furnish proof that the sticker or decal installed on all-terrain vehicles as required in § 46.2-915.1 of the Code of Virginia meets or exceeds the requirements of this chapter.
