22VAC27. Board for Protection and Advocacy (Abolished)




Effective January 1, 2014, Chapter 847 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly abolishes the Board for Protection and Advocacy.

Enactment 5 of Chapter 847 provides that any regulations that were adopted by the Board for Protection and Advocacy and in effect before January 1, 2014, are repealed as of January 1, 2014, and directs the Registrar of Regulations to take appropriate administrative action to effect the repeal of the regulations in the Virginia Administrative Code.
