EDITOR'S NOTICE

Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly abolished the Department for the Aging effective July 1, 2012, and created the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services. This legislation transfers the regulations of the Department for the Aging to the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and provides that all rules and regulations adopted by the Department for the Aging that are in effect as of the effective date of this act shall remain in full force and effect until amended or rescinded by the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, 22VAC30.
