4VAC25-60-10. Definitions.

The following words and terms when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Approved roof control plan" means the roof control plan and revisions suitable to the roof conditions and mining systems of each coal mine.

"Automated temporary roof support system" or "ATRS system" means a device to provide temporary roof support from a location where the equipment operator is protected from roof falls.
