CHESAPEAKE BAY LOCAL ASSISTANCE BOARD [ABOLISHED]

EDITOR'S NOTICE

Chapters 785 and 819 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly abolished the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Board and transferred the board's regulations to the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board at 4VAC50.

The legislation provides that all rules and regulations adopted by the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Board that are in effect as of the effective date of this act shall remain in full force and effect until amended or rescinded by the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board.
