9VAC20-85-160. Project modifications.

The owner or operator of a fossil fuel combustion products site may modify the design and operation of the project by furnishing the department a new certificate required by subdivision A 5 of 9VAC20-85-150 and a new operational plan required by subdivision 6 of 9VAC20-85-150. Whenever modifications in the design or operation of the project affect the provisions of the closure plan, the owner or operator shall prepare an amended plan in accordance with the requirements of Article 4 of Part III of this chapter.
