9VAC25-196-40. Effective date of the permit.

This general permit will become effective on April 1, 2023. This general permit will expire on March 31, 2028. This general permit is effective as to any covered owner upon compliance with all the provisions of 9VAC25-196-50.

§ 62.1-44.15 of the Code of Virginia; § 402 of the Clean Water Act; 40 CFR Parts 122, 123 and 124.
