9VAC5-80-1655. Applications.

A. A single application is required identifying at a minimum each emissions unit subject to the provisions of this article. The application shall be submitted according to procedures acceptable to the department. However, where several emissions units are included in one project, a single application covering all units in the project may be submitted. A separate application is required for each location.

B. For projects with phased development, a single application may be submitted covering the entire project.

C. Any application form, report, or certification submitted to the department shall comply with the provisions of 9VAC5-20-230.
