Chapter 400. Funding Limitations for the Refugee Resettlement Program

22VAC40-400-10. Definitions.

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Refugee Resettlement Program" means the program established in Virginia, using federal funds, for effectively resettling refugees in accordance with Public Law 96-212 and amendments.

22VAC40-400-20. Funding limitations.

Subject to the availability of funds and under the terms and conditions approved by the Department of Social Services, reimbursement will be provided for 100 percent of authorized costs of determining eligibility and providing assistance and services in accordance with the Refugee Resettlement Program.
