Part II. General Information

9VAC20-150-20. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to define the types of uses eligible for partial reimbursement, to establish the procedures for application and processing of reimbursement, and to establish the amount of reimbursement.

Any removal or processing of waste tires must be conducted in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and in accordance with applicable departmental policies.
