CHAPTER 313
An Act to repeal the third enactment of Chapter 323 of the 1995 Acts of Assembly, as amended by Chapter 298 of the 1997 Acts of Assembly, relating to unemployment compensation; tax rates for new employers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the third enactment of Chapter 323 of the 1995 Acts of Assembly, as amended by Chapter 298 of the 1997 Acts of Assembly, is repealed.
