Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Cancer registry to be studied.

The Joint Commission on Health Care shall study the cancer registry, including an analysis of the exchange of patient-identifying information pursuant to reciprocal data-sharing agreements with other cancer registries and confidentiality protections for patient data.
