An Act to designate Virginia Route 609 (Pleasant Valley Road) between U.S. Route 29 (Lee Highway) and Blue Spring Drive in Fairfax County a Virginia byway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding § 33.1-62 of the Code of Virginia, Virginia Route 609 (Pleasant Valley Road) between U.S. Route 29 (Lee Highway) and Blue Spring Drive in Fairfax County is hereby declared to be a Virginia byway.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2005.
