An Act to amend and reenact the third enactment of Chapter 900 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003, as amended by Chapter 240 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008, relating to the Council on Virginia's Future; extension of sunset provision.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the third enactment of Chapter 900 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003, as amended by Chapter 240 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008, is amended and reenacted as follows:

3.  That the provision of this act shall expire on July 1, 2013 2017.
