CHAPTER 459
An Act to direct the State Board of Health to adopt regulations related to emergency medical vehicle restrictions and specifications.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That the State Board of Health shall adopt a regulation as authorized by § 32.1-111.4 of the Code of Virginia to allow the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) vehicles of a combination fire and EMS agency operating under a single EMS license or certification, in accordance with established policies for identifying both the EMS license or certificate holder and the fire department, to have the fire department logo and lettering appear larger than the lettering identifying the EMS agency name.
