12VAC35-105-1000. Preventing duplication of medication services.

To prevent duplication of medication for opioid use disorder treatment services, the provider shall implement written policy and procedures for contacting every medication for opioid use disorder treatment service within a 50-mile radius before admitting an individual to the service.
