12VAC35-180-140. Applicability of state policies.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting in any way the rights under regulations promulgated by the State Board of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services pursuant to § 37.2-400 of the Code of Virginia of individuals participating in human research.
