12VAC5-450-170. Control of animals and pets.

A. Pets shall be maintained under control at all times and shall not be permitted to create a public health problem. Animal waste shall be removed immediately and be disposed of in a waste receptacle or buried in a location that will not interfere with the use of the campground.

B. Any kennels, pens, or other facilities provided for such pets, including horses, shall be maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.
