12VAC5-620-30. Purpose of Regulations.

 

The board has promulgated these regulations to:

1. Establish a procedure for determining the fees for services provided by the department for onsite sewage systems, alternative discharge systems, and private wells;

2. Establish procedures for the refund of fees; and

3. Establish procedures for the waiver of fees.
