13VAC5-51-139. IFC Chapter 22 Combustible Dust-Producing Operations.

A. Change Section 2201.2 to read:

2201.2 Permits. Permits shall be required for combustible dust-producing operations as set forth in Section 107.2.

B. Delete Sections 2203.1 and 2203.2.
