18VAC100. Board For Opticians (Abolished)




Enactments 34-37 of Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly merged the Board for Opticians with the Board for Hearing Aid Specialists to create the Board for Hearing Aid Specialists and Opticians, 18VAC80, and provide that all rules and regulations adopted by the Board for Opticians that are in effect as of the effective date of this act shall remain in full force and effect until amended or rescinded by the Board for Hearing Aid Specialists and Opticians.
