18VAC50-22-80. Examination fees.

The fee for examination is subject to contracted charges to the board by an outside vendor based on a contract entered into in compliance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq. of the Code of Virginia). The current examination will not exceed a cost of $200 per element to the candidate. Fees may be adjusted and charged to the candidate in accordance with this contract.
