Creating a Report: Check the sections you'd like to appear in the report, then use the "Create Report" button at the bottom of the page to generate your report. Once the report is generated you'll then have the option to download it as a pdf, print or email the report.
Any person governed by 2VAC5-190-30 of this chapter shall disclose to the State Veterinarian within 10 days after the State Veterinarian's request the numbers of birds in each classification of poultry identified in 2VAC5-190-30 D and E.
