2VAC5-570-50. Loss, inedible or leaker eggs.

Eggs described as loss, inedible or leakers within the meaning of "Regulations Governing the Grading of Shell Eggs and United States Standards, Grades and Weight Classes for Shell Eggs (7 CFR Part 56)," § 56.212 (a), (b) and (c) of the Code of Federal Regulations shall not be sold or offered for sale for human consumption.
