4VAC15-330-180. Bills of sale for trout creeled in commercially operated fishing ponds.
The operator of a commercially operated fishing pond shall be required to furnish a receipt to each fisherman taking trout from the pond. The fisherman shall retain this receipt as long as the fish are in his possession.
