4VAC20-60-30. Violation and penalty.
A. Failure to exhibit the license upon demand of any marine patrol officer, or failure to display the license plate as required, shall be prima facie evidence that such person is fishing without a license.
B. As set forth in § 28.2-225 of the Code of Virginia, any person fishing without the required license shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
