4VAC20-900-45. Requirements of authorized agents.
A. It shall be unlawful for any individual to serve as an agent for a horseshoe crab hand harvest permittee.
B. Any individual serving as an agent to harvest horseshoe crabs for any lawful licensed or permitted horseshoe crab fisherman, except as described in subsection A of this section, shall be limited to the use of only one registered commercial fisherman's horseshoe crab license or permit.
