DEPARTMENT (BOARD) OF CORRECTIONAL EDUCATION (ABOLISHED)

EDITOR'S NOTICE

Based on enactments 99 and 100 of Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly, the Department (Board) of Correctional Education is abolished as of July 1, 2012.

Responsibility for education in correctional institutions is divided between the Department of Corrections (6VAC15) and the Department (Board) of Juvenile Justice (6VAC35).
