9VAC5-80-950. Termination of permits.

A. A permit or any amendment thereof shall be valid for the life of the source unless the department terminates the permit under the conditions of subsections B or C of this section.

B. The department may terminate a permit with the consent of the owner for good cause shown by the owner or on its own motion provided that the termination is accomplished in accordance with the provisions of regulations of the board and the Administrative Process Act.

C. Upon a final determination that a stationary source or emissions unit is shut down permanently, the department shall revoke any permits for that source or emissions unit in accordance with 9VAC5-20-220.
