Chapter 137. Federal Identical Gear Certification

16VAC25-137-1919. Federal Identical Gear Certification (29 CFR 1919).

The Gear Certification Standards (29 CFR 1919) shown in the table below are applicable in the Commonwealth of Virginia and have been published in the Virginia Register of Regulations.

Since the Gear Certification Standards applicable in the Commonwealth are identical to the federal regulations and are available elsewhere, the Virginia Code Commission has excluded the text of these regulations from the Virginia Administrative Code.

For a summary of the effect of amendments, the adoption of new regulations, the repeal of a regulation, or the stay of an effective date and for a table of the VOSH terms equivalent to the federal terms of each regulation, see the Virginia Register volume and issue (VA.R.) following the effective date of the regulation or amendment.
