Chapter 120. Game: Grouse

4VAC15-120-10. Open season.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in the sections appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt grouse from the Saturday prior to the last Monday in October through the second Saturday in February both dates inclusive.

4VAC15-120-20. Bag limit.

The bag limit for hunting grouse shall be three a day.

There shall be continuous closed season for the hunting or shooting of grouse in all counties and portions of counties lying east of U.S. Route I-95.
