Chapter 730. Pertaining to Nonresident Harvesters License Fee

4VAC20-730-10. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the fee for the nonresident harvesters license.

4VAC20-730-30. Exceptions.

The nonresident harvesters license shall not be required for persons licensed to fish with saltwater recreational licenses required under §§ 28.2-302.1 and 28.2-302.9 of the Code of Virginia.

4VAC20-730-40. Penalty.

Penalties for violations of the nonresident license requirement are prescribed in §§ 28.2-225 and 28.2-227 E of the Code of Virginia.
