9VAC20-150-60. The amount of reimbursement for purchased material.

Reimbursement Rates

As a partial reimbursement, the amount reimbursed shall be equal to the purchase price paid for the waste tire materials, subject to the maximum reimbursement rates listed in 9VAC20-150-80.

9VAC20-150-70. The amount of reimbursement for material used but not purchased.

As a partial reimbursement, the amount reimbursed shall be the cost of use of the waste tire materials, subject to the maximum reimbursement rates listed in 9VAC20-150-80.

9VAC20-150-80. Maximum rate of reimbursement.

A. The maximum amount of the reimbursement for waste tires specified in 9VAC20-150-100 A 1 shall be $22.50.

B. The maximum amount of the reimbursement for waste tires specified in 9VAC20-150-100 A 2 and A 3 shall be $100 per ton subject to available funding.
