§ 23.1-3114. Executive director.

The board shall appoint an executive director of the Center who shall supervise and manage the Center. The executive director may, with the oversight of the board, employ such staff and faculty as are necessary to enable the Center to perform its duties as set forth in this article and the bylaws established by the board.
