§ 4.1-358. (Effective October 1, 2026) Purchase of retail tobacco products from person not authorized to sell; penalty.

Any person who buys retail tobacco products from any person other than a retail tobacco permittee authorized under this subtitle is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
