§ 33.2-299.1:1. Exemption of Authority from certain technology procedures. (2026 updated section)

The provisions regulating the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (§ 2.2-2005 et seq.) shall not apply to the Authority in the exercise of any power conferred under this article.
