2VAC5-450-20. Nursery shipments out of the Commonwealth.
As authorized by Chapter 38 (§ 3.2-3800 et seq.) of Title 3.2 of the Code of Virginia, known as the Plants and Plant Products Inspection Law, Narcissus plants, bulbs, and vegetable transplants destined for shipment out of the Commonwealth are nursery stock. Narcissus bulbs inspected during the growing season, and again after they are dug and cleaned, may be eligible for certification.
