Chapter 190. Federal Identical Agriculture Industry Standards

16VAC25-190-1928. Federal identical Agriculture Industry Standards (29 CFR 1928).

The following Agriculture Industry Standards (29 CFR 1928) are applicable in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The regulations which have been published in the Virginia Register of Regulations are shown with the corresponding VR numbers on the table below. The 29 CFR 1928 sections which appear without VR numbers on the table below were mass adopted by the Safety and Health Codes Board in 1978.

Since these Agriculture Industry Standards are identical to the federal regulations and are available elsewhere, the Virginia Code Commission excluded the text of these regulations from the Virginia Administrative Code.

For a summary of the effect of amendments, the adoption of new regulations, the repeal of a regulation, or the stay of an effective date, and for a table of the VOSH terms equivalent to the federal terms for each regulation, see the Virginia Register volume and issue (VA.R.) following the effective date of the regulation.
