24VAC20-81-140. Hauling permit administrative fees and other fees required by law; escort driver certification fees.

Hauling Permits:

Single Trip Permit


Superload Single Trip Permit


General Blanket Permit – 1 year


General Blanket Permit – 2 years


Superload Blanket Permit – 1 year or less


Exempt Blanket Permit

Determined by the Code of Virginia

In addition to the administrative fees listed above, Virginia law requires that all hauling permits be assessed an additional mileage fee if the vehicle configuration is overweight or if the equipment used is unlicensable in Virginia. Additional fees required by Virginia law may be applicable and will be collected as required. Refer to the hauling permit website at for questions concerning fees.
