§ 22.1-289.045. Retaliation against reports of child abuse or neglect.

No child day program or home-based child care system shall retaliate in any manner against any person who in good faith reports child abuse or neglect pursuant to Chapter 15 (§ 63.2-1500 et seq.) of Title 63.2.
