§ 4.1-229. (Effective until October 1, 2026) Suspension or revocation of permits; grounds; notice and hearing; exception. (2026 updated section)

A. The Board may suspend or revoke any permit. The suspension or revocation of any permit shall be in accordance with §§ 4.1-225 and 4.1-227.

B. This section shall not apply to temporary permits granted under § 4.1-212 which may be revoked summarily in the same manner as a temporary license may be revoked under § 4.1-211.

A. The Board may suspend or revoke any permit. The suspension or revocation of any permit shall be in accordance with §§ 4.1-225 and 4.1-227.

B. This section shall not apply to (i) temporary permits granted under § 4.1-212, which may be revoked summarily in the same manner as a temporary license may be revoked under § 4.1-211, or (ii) retail tobacco permits, which may be suspended or revoked in accordance with Article 4 (§ 4.1-241 et seq.).
