§ 1-2. Effective date of Code.

All the provisions of this Code shall be in force on and after February 1, 1950, except as provided in § 1-2.1.

The chapters of the acts of assembly referenced in the historical citation at the end of this section may not constitute a comprehensive list of such chapters and may exclude chapters whose provisions have expired.
